Responsibilities:
IT Operators monitor customer information systems or networks through a monitoring software and solve arising problems at the basic level. More complex problems are passed over to specialised experts (2nd level support). Emphasis is placed on fast and responsible decision-making, communication skills and team work. Operators work in non-stop service (24/7).
