Our partner which became the world leader in digital security and is the top provider of complex digital and smart cards solutions for all major mobile operators, bank houses and public services is in the search for Verification and Validation Leader who will join its rapidly growing Tczew team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the product verification and validation

• Responsible for the product verification and validation strategy definition

Main mission in detail:

• Contribute to the estimation and schedule of the project

• Define the product verification and validation strategy in collaboration with the RnD team

• Define the test plan (list of test cases with traceability links)

• Coordinate test cases specification, test coding, test environment preparation, test campaign execution, defect registration

• Implement the non regression test strategy

• Provide Test results and Anomaly List report at the key milestones

• Provide status of the test campaign progress and issues

Requirements:

• Engineer in computer science with significant experience in validation activity (5 years min)

• Technical skills:

  • Validation tools (Junit, Jmeter, …)

  • Java / J2EE / EJB3 / Spring / Web services

  • Maven, Java IDE (Eclipse, …)

  • Application server (Jboss, tomcat, …) - MySQL, Oracle

• Other beneficial technical skills:

  • Wicket/HTML/XML, C/C++, Swing, Knowledge in smart card/EMV, cryptography notion

• Motivator, Leadership skills, Persuasive, Autonomous and thorough

• Listening and communication skills,

• English as a working language
