Our partner which became the world leader in digital security and is the top provider of complex digital and smart cards solutions for all major mobile operators, bank houses and public services is in the search for Development Leader who will join its rapidly growing Prague team.

The main purpose of successful candidate will be to participate to pre-study, coordinate product development and coordinate product validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for technical coordination of the remote development of the product. This includes detailed design, implementation including unit test

• Accountable for the product quality

• Responsible of the detailed design definition

Main mission in detail:

• Participate to pre study steps

  • Participate to the FRS analysis and commit on its implementation

  • Contribute to the estimation and schedule of the project

  • Participate to feasibility studies

• Coordinate development

  • Develop specifications (SRS)

  • Coordinate detailed design, implementation, unit test and integration of its sub part, including related documentation

  • Coordinate development of development team, Perform development

• Participate to validation step

  • Participate to test cases specification, test coding, test environment preparation, test campaign execution, defect registration

  • Participate to the implementation of the non regression test strategy

Requirements:

• Engineer in computer science with significant experience in JAVA/J2EE software development (min/ 5 years)

• Expertise in software development process, design and development

• Experienced in validation

• Technical skills:

  • Java / J2EE / EJB3 / Spring / Web services

  • Maven, Java IDE (Eclipse, …)

  • Application server (Jboss, tomcat, …) - Wicket/HTML/XML, Validation tools, MySQL, Oracle

• Other beneficial technical skills:

  • C/C++, Swing, Knowledge in smart card/EMV, cryptography notion

• Motivator, Leadership skills, Persuasive, Autonomous and thorough

• Listening and communication skills
